Qualifications
Academic Qualification
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of progressive, relevant work experience in human resources and HRIS/HCM applications
- Experience with learning and performance management technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), onboarding tools, and TLM program administration is a plus
- Experience with data collection tools
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to perform duties with minimal direction
- High degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology into the workplace
- Results-oriented approach, positive outlook, and clear focus on providing high-quality customer service and building sustainable customer relationships
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands
- Ability to understand customer needs and collaborate with customers to develop strategies and solutions that deliver high business value
- Effective interpersonal, collaboration, and team-building skills
- Experience in HR/HCM domains such as HR compliance, payroll, HCM/HR systems integration, talent management, recruiting, staffing software, organization management, or organization development is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels and with various types of clients
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Demonstrated willingness to participate in professional development activities to develop and improve new and existing skills and adapt to the evolving needs of the organization
- Experience in a PEO environment is a plus
- Proficiency in core Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

Responsibilities
- Receive end-user support requests by telephone, email, and the ticketing system.
- Monitor the support ticket queue, select tickets according to internal processes, and contact clients to begin troubleshooting.
- Investigate and resolve assigned support requests through to final resolution and ticket closure.
- Identify and elevate critical events.
- Document all actions taken and client interactions to support team coordination.
- Maintain open communication with team members and collaborate to resolve client issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
