Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. is seeking an HR Associate to support employee relations, attendance monitoring, and documentation management. The role involves assisting with notices to explain, memos, and other HR documents under supervision, while ensuring confidentiality and policy adherence.
The position expects essential HR basics, strong communication, and meticulous record-keeping. Fresh graduates are welcome, and familiarity with HRIS and timekeeping systems is a plus.
Assist in handling employee concerns, inquiries, and policy clarifications under the guidance of the Organizational Development Supervisor.
Support the implementation of company policies, workplace rules, attendance guidelines, and employee relations programs.
Prepare, issue, monitor, and maintain records of Notices to Explain, memos, and other employee relations documents.
Monitor attendance-related concerns, including tardiness, absences, no bio records, and other compliance matters.
Coordinate with HRIS, Timekeeping, and concerned departments in preparing attendance reports and employee relations records.
Provide documentation support for employee investigations, administrative hearings, and disciplinary cases.
Maintain organized and confidential employee relations files, case documents, and HR records.
Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to employee cases, attendance concerns, and policy compliance.
Support employee engagement activities, policy orientations, and HR communication initiatives.
Coordinate with managers, supervisors, and HR teams regarding employee relations concerns and documentation requirements.
Ensure proper handling of confidential employee information and compliance with company policies and data privacy standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, Management, or related field.

Preferably with internship or experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR Administration, or documentation-related functions.
Basic knowledge of employee discipline, labor standards, attendance monitoring, and HR policies is an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare reports, notices, and HR documents.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and records management.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HRIS, timekeeping systems, and employee records management tools is an advantage.
