This role involves handling and responding to employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues in a timely and professional manner, while assisting in conducting employee relations investigations and maintaining accurate records of disciplinary cases and corrective actions.
Key responsibilities
Handle and respond to employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist in conducting employee relations investigations and gathering relevant information, documents, and statements
Assist in the preparation and issuance of Notice to Explain (NTE), Notice of Decision (NOD), memoranda, incident reports, and other employee relations documents
Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee disciplinary cases, incidents, and corrective actions
Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee relations records while maintaining confidentiality
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of company policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
Coordinate with department heads and supervisors regarding employee concerns, attendance issues, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary matters
Monitor employee attendance, tardiness, absences, and other attendance-related concerns and coordinate with the concerned departments for appropriate action
Provide guidance to employees regarding company policies, procedures, benefits, and HR processes
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and facilitate proper communication between employees and management
About you
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or HR Operations is preferred
Knowledge of basic HR policies, employee relations practices, and Philippine labor standards
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Good documentation and report-writing skills
Able to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple employee concerns and cases simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or extended hours when required by operations
