Job summary

Job description

Recruitment & Selection
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs and updates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits.
  • Coordinate government‑mandated benefits and ensure compliance.
  • Handle inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Labor Relations
  • Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
  • Help in addressing employee concerns and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Support in disciplinary procedures and case documentation.
  • Monitor daily attendance through established timekeeping systems
  • Validate, process, and endorse timekeeping reports to payroll.
  • Assist in payroll preparation as needed.
Compliance & Reporting
  • Prepare and submit DOLE‑related reports within deadlines.
  • Ensure proper record‑keeping and compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Human Resource Development Management (HRDM), Psychology, or related courses.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR functions such as Recruitment, C&B, Labor Relations, Timekeeping, and Payroll.
  • Knowledgeable in DOLE reports and processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
