Responsibilities
Prepare timekeeping up to payroll processing.
Prepare and distribute payslips, compute and prepare final pay including prorated, 13th month and tax refund.
Handle security guards, drivers, and utility men; give instructions and schedules directly.
Prepare government mandatory compliance.
Conduct/facilitate general orientation to newly hired employees before deployment to their respective departments.
Arrange external or in-house training, responsible for hiring employees as well as training.
Arrange Expat condominium (staff house) accommodation, bookings to hotels and airfare (airlines).
Prepare and arrange company activities/events etc.
Prepare requirements of AEP and 47A2 visa for expats.
Prepare and revise company rules and regulations as per DOLE regulation; responsible for labor regulations matters.
Responsible for monitoring disciplinary action/labor relation and imposing sanctions on erring employees.
Prepare manpower-related reports.
Attend to other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong working knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Experience in key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.
Proven ability to supervise, coach, and develop HR staff.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Experience in policy development, HR & ISO audits, and compliance management.
