Job summary

Tri-Unity Talent Sourcing & HR Management Services is seeking an experienced HR professional to supervise daily HR operations, from recruitment to timekeeping and records management. You will handle end-to-end recruitment for various levels, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience with supervisory exposure, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage confidential information on-site in Laguna.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience with supervisory exposure.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and can handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, and employee records.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for rank-and-file to supervisory positions.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE labor laws and company policies.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
• Prepare HR reports (manpower, attendance, attrition).
• Support training, performance management, and HR process improvement.
• Guide and monitor HR staff performance.
