Responsibilities

Represents the Company in DOLE, NLRC or in any institution with or without conflicting issues to resolve.
Performs DOLE reports and compliances.
Administer performance management programs.
Effective communication with employees at all levels of the organization.
Help the human resource department with various HR processes.
Develop and implement employee training programs.
Improve the HR administration process.
Help in recruiting and training new employees.
Onboard new employees, conducting orientation sessions, and employee engagement sessions.
