Job summary

Play Park Entertainment in the Philippines is seeking a recruiter to support end-to-end talent acquisition. You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate offers to fill vacancies in a timely manner.

You will maintain a positive candidate experience, ensure compliance with Labor regulations and company policies, and collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business or related field.
• 1+ year recruitment/talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and recruitment best practices is an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong interviewing, coordination and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
