Key responsibilities
- Administrative support & documentation.
- Employee engagement & communication.
- HR compliance & reporting.
- Ad hoc & Cross-functional Support.
- Prepare and release Company IDs for new hires, replacements, or lost ID requests.
- Process and release Certificates of Employment (COEs) in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and proper approval.
- Ensure systematic 201 file management, including organizing physical and digital records.
- Regularly update the 201 Masterlist and conduct file audits to maintain record accuracy and compliance.
- Follow up with departments for any missing or outdated 201 requirements and
- support compliance with documentation standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and photo archiving of company events, training, and occasions.
- Perform data encoding tasks, such as inputting employee details, disciplinary records, or evaluation results into spreadsheets and HRIS.
- Coordinate internal communications such as employee birthday postings, new hire announcements, and work anniversaries.
- Ensure all personnel documentation complies with labor regulations and company policies.
- Assist in tracking employee movements (e.g., promotions, transfers, resignations) and updating related files and reports.
- Support HR in the preparation of employee-related reports when needed.
- Assist other HR units (e.g., Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee
- Relations, Timekeeping & Payroll) as needed.
- Participate in special HR projects or initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employeeinformation.
- Respond to employee queries related to documents, IDs, or record updates in a courteous and timely manner.

About you
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management,
- At least 1 year of experience in HR Assistant - Admin Role.
- Experience in F&B Industry is advantage.
