JRC VISA CONSULTANCY and IMMIGRATION SERVICES in Cebu City is seeking an HR Administrator to provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance.

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive HR administrative support and assisting throughout the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding. The role also involves managing employee documentation, coordinating manpower requirements with department heads, maintaining HR records, and supporting payroll, benefits, and compliance-related activities.
Manage daily HR administrative functions and assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Prepare and process employment documents, including job offers, appointment letters, rejection letters, and other personnel-related documents.
Work closely with department heads and supervisors to identify staffing needs and coordinate recruitment activities.
Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS, JRC Alphalist, and other HR databases.
Ensure employee files and records are complete, accurate, organized, and kept confidential.
Support the implementation, review, and updating of company HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports, audit documents, and other requirements for internal and government compliance.
Assist in ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and applicable government regulations.
Process payroll, payslips, employee benefits, and statutory contributions, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
Handle employee enrollment and cancellation for HMO and Group Life Insurance (Manulife).
Has experience in HR administration and general HR support.
Familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Knowledgeable in using HRIS and maintaining employee databases and records.
Has a working knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and government requirements.
Has experience in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate records.
Able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in employee engagement, workplace communication, or HR initiatives is an advantage.
