Mineski Philippines is seeking an HR Assistant to provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, employee records, attendance and leave administration, and compensation and benefits coordination.
You will be a key contact for employees and management, ensuring HR processes are implemented accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
The HR Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, employee records, attendance and leave administration, compensation and benefits coordination, employee relations, performance management, HR documentation, and compliance. The position serves as a key point of contact for employees and management, ensuring that HR processes are implemented accurately, consistently, confidentially, and in accordance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Facilitate HR processes from onboarding through separation, including preparation and maintenance of employment-related documents, personnel records, and HR forms.
Ensure timely processing of regularization, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, and other personnel movements.
Coordinate recruitment activities in collaboration with hiring managers, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and applicant coordination.
Facilitate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities, ensuring new hires receive necessary company policies, orientation, and documentation.
Maintain accurate and updated employee 201 files and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
Prepare HR reports, employment certificates, personnel notices, and other HR documents.
Monitor employee attendance, absences, tardiness, undertime, and leave applications, and coordinate with payroll and relevant departments regarding attendance and payroll-related concerns.
Validate and process leave requests and supporting documents, and assist in resolving attendance and timekeeping discrepancies.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including government-mandated and company-provided benefits, and coordinate employee concerns regarding HMO, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, leave benefits, and other benefits.
Respond to employee concerns and HR-related inquiries professionally and promptly, and assist in handling employee grievances, workplace concerns, and disciplinary matters.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
Experience in multiple HR functions is preferred.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
Basic knowledge of Philippine labor standards and statutory benefits.
Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information and communicate effectively with employees and management.
