The HR Assistant - Recruitment & Employee Relations supports the HR team in hiring employees, maintaining employee records, and handling day-to-day employee concerns. The role ensures that recruitment is organized and timely while helping promote good employee relations, proper communication, and compliance with company policies.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for restaurant, warehouse, office, and other positions
Post job vacancies on appropriate recruitment platforms and social media channels
Screen applicants based on job requirements
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate succeeding interviews with hiring managers
Schedule applicants for interviews, assessments, and pre-employment requirements
Maintain an updated applicant tracker and recruitment database
Coordinate job offers and onboarding requirements for selected candidates
Follow up with applicants regarding incomplete requirements and employment status
Assist in handling employee concerns, inquiries, and requests
Receive and properly document employee complaints and concerns
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and/or employee relations
Experience in the F&B, retail, hospitality, or similar fast-paced industry is an advantage
Knowledge of basic HR practices, recruitment processes, and employee relations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good interviewing and applicant screening skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Can work independently and as part of a team
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
