Job summary

A leading human resources company in Quezon City is seeking an HR professional responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing employee records. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to handle sensitive employee matters discreetly. This position is full-time and on-site in Quezon City.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience in any related job.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening and interview coordination.
  • Basic knowledge of employee benefits and compensation structures.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
  • Ability to build relationship and handle sensitive employee issues discreetly.
  • Ability to address and resolve employee queries and issues effectively
  • Competence in handling employee records and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Screening potential employee resume and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • Posting job advertisements from job boards and employment platforms.
  • Conducting initial interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Conducting orientation and assist with onboarding of newly hired employees
  • Managing employee records & ensuring data accuracy.
  • Answering employee queries about HR-related concerns and issues.
  • Responsible in taking minutes of the meeting and documenting the key points, decisions and action items discussed during the meetings.
  • Creating visual presentations to communicate the key highlights and takeaways of a company events, training or activities.
  • Preparing reports on HR metrics such as absenteeism rate, performance and productivity rate and employee turnover.
  • Monitoring employee timekeeping and attendance records.
  • Supporting the administration of workplace health and safety programs.
  • Assisting in organizing employee engagement such as team-building events, company outings, training sessions and recognition programs.
  • Ensuring company compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and suggest enhancement.
