HR Assistant provides support to the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient HR processes and a positive experience for employees. This role involves administrative tasks, recruitment assistance, and coordination of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding forms, and leave requests.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems or files.
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Perform other administrative duties as required by the HR department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
