Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an HR Admin professional in Laguna. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, or Business Administration and 1–2 years of HR experience.

You will handle HR processes, employment documentation, timekeeping, and benefits administration with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. Ideal candidates show strong organizational and communication skills, multitask well, and coordinate smoothly with staff, management, and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Admin or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR or HR administration experience.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor regulations, and employment documentation.
  • Experience in timekeeping, benefits administration, contracts and performance evaluation preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, management and external partners.
