Job summary

Optimum Refrigeration Systems Solutions Inc. is seeking an HR generalist to support recruitment, staffing, training and development, labor relations, and compensation/benefits. The role includes ensuring statutory compliance (SSS, HDMF, etc.) and developing HR initiatives with strong organizational focus. Prior experience in contracting/construction/engineering is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in HR Management or Psychology or equivalent.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, training and development, labor relations, and performance evaluations.
• Experience with balance scorecards and compensation/benefits is a plus.
• Experience in contracting/construction/engineering industry is preferred.

Job description

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Mainly support the company in key deliverables needed for periodic statutory requirements - SSS, HDMF, etc
• Responsible for various human resources and functions: Recruitment, staffing, training and development, labor relations, employee performance evaluations thru balance scorecards, compensation and benefits, etc.
• Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Advantageous if work history on contracting/construction/engineering industry.
• Professional, highly organized, proactive, flexible, and with a sense of urgency. Able to work with a lot of pressure and expected to be in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer Literate
• Preferably a resident of Muntinlupa or Laguna Area
