IDA Group Corp is seeking an HR & Admin Officer in the Philippines to handle day-to-day HR and administrative needs. Responsibilities include recruitment support, maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring labor-policy compliance.
You will assist with end-to-end recruitment, screening, interview scheduling, and coordinating with candidates, while managing filing and vendor coordination to keep the office operations smooth.
An HR & Admin Officer handles the day-to-day human resources and administrative needs of the company. On the HR side, this covers recruitment support (screening applicants, scheduling interviews), maintaining employee records, tracking attendance and leave, and assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and compliance with labor policies. On the admin side, this covers office supply and vendor coordination, filing and documentation, correspondence, and scheduling. The role is a key support function that keeps both people processes and daily office operations running smoothly.
Assist with end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
Screen applicants: review resumes/CVs against job requirements, conduct initial phone/video screening, and shortlist qualified candidates
Prepare and manage interview schedules: coordinate interview slots with hiring managers and candidates, send invites/reminders, and handle rescheduling as needed
Maintain and update employee 201 files/records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Track attendance, leave balances, and time-off requests
Assist with onboarding new hires (documentation, orientation, equipment setup)
Support offboarding processes (clearance, exit documentation)
Help ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Word, Excel/Sheets, Outlook/Gmail)
Strong written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
Good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Prior HR or admin support role (BPO, corporate, or SME environment)
Recruitment coordination or candidate screening experience
Experience with employee records/documentation management
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
