Job Summary:
The HR Admin Officer will handle day-to-day human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations and proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases
Prepare HR documents such as contracts, memos, and notices
Monitor attendance, leave, and timekeeping records
Handle office administrative tasks and coordination with internal departments
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Basic troubleshooting
Bachelor’s degree in HRM, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1 year of HR/Admin/IT Support experience is an advantage
Basic IT troubleshooting skills.
Familiar with windows, printers, and basic networking
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
