UNI-TECH Philippines Industrial Machinery Inc. is seeking an HR Administrator to manage employee records, contracts, and HR files, supporting onboarding through offboarding and ensuring documentation accuracy.
This role covers benefits administration, compliance with labor regulations, and general HR support with reporting, policy implementation, and coordination with internal teams. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in HR or related field and have 1–3 years of HR administrative experience.
This HR Administration role involves managing and maintaining accurate employee records, contracts, HR files, and personnel documentation. You will support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, administer employee benefits, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and provide administrative support across HR functions.
Manage and maintain accurate employee records, contracts, HR files, and personnel documentation.
Prepare and process employment contracts, amendments, certifications, and other HR-related documents.
Monitor employee records and ensure completeness of required pre-employment and employment documents.
Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and other employeelifecycle activities.
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies documentation, benefits, and administrative concerns.Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Administer employee benefits such as HMO, government-mandated benefits, leaves, and other company-provided benefits. Coordinate employee enrollment, updates, and removal of dependents with benefit providers.
Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and concerns. Monitor benefit eligibility, documentation, and renewal requirements.
Maintain accurate benefits records and reports
Prepare, monitor, and maintain employment contracts and related documentation.
Track contract renewals, employee status changes, and otheremployment-related requirements
Monitor HR permits, registrations, licenses, and government compliance requirements.
Coordinate with government agencies, external partners, and service providers as needed.
Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain a compliance calendar and monitor deadlines for statutory submissions, renewals, and other regulatory requirements.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and documentation for management.
Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies and processes.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on HR and administrative matters.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably with experience in administrative and documentation.
Strong understanding of HR processes and employment documentation.
Working knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
Familiarity with government-mandated benefits, labor regulations, permits, and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with different teams.
Amenable to work Monday to Saturday.
