Responsibilities include forecasting, systems governance of RMS/CRS/PMS, and fostering a revenue-focused culture through training and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Revenue Manager experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong pricing and inventory optimization skills.
• Experience with RMS, CRS and PMS systems and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement portfolio-wide revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and market share.
• Lead forecasting and demand analysis to guide strategic revenue decisions.
• Oversee governance and optimization of RMS, CRS, and PMS platforms with data integrity and rate parity.
• Drive revenue culture through training and adoption of pricing discipline across properties.
• Prepare and present revenue performance reports with executive insights.
