Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of Revenue Management experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management principles and distribution channels.
• Experience with Revenue Management Systems (RMS), PMS, and channel management platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.
• Analyze occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and other key performance indicators.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue forecasts and reports.
• Optimize pricing across all distribution channels, including OTAs, brand websites, and GDS platforms.
• Manage inventory allocation and rate strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive business performance.
• Conduct regular market analysis and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy of revenue management systems and reporting tools.
