Job summary

KMC Solutions in Metro Manila, Muntinlupa, seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume, fast-paced hiring and to drive sourcing strategy, pipelines, and performance across the organization.

You will collaborate with leadership to understand manpower plans, timelines, and talent requirements, coach the TA team, and ensure timely delivery of quality hires that align with business goals. Familiarity with Manatal is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment channels, and funnel management.
• Experience building partnerships with schools, PESOs, government agencies, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy aligned with manpower plans.
• Partner with leadership to understand headcount requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
• Develop recruitment plans and forecasts to support current and future needs.
• Oversee job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding endorsements.
• Lead multi-channel sourcing via portals, social media, referrals, agencies, job fairs and campus programs.
• Coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team to meet targets and standards.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill, time-to-hire, acceptance rates and cost per hire.
• Prepare regular recruitment dashboards for leadership review.
