Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Metro Manila, Philippines
Work setup & shift: Hybrid | Day shift
Position Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Manager holds overall accountability for meeting the headcount targets for current as well as new clients in his or her assigned verticals or entities. He or she will develop and strengthen relationships with all clients and stakeholders by leading the Talent Acquisition Operations team through the day‑to‑day control and direction on interviews, selection, and job offers. This role is also expected to collaborate with other departments or units within Talent Acquisition on all recruitment needs to ensure all open tracks are filled in a timely manner at the targeted cost per hire, as well as with other units such as Business Development, Human Resources and Operations to promote a positive new hire experience.
Key Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the following across Microsourcing Philippines, Inc.
Recruitment Operations
- Oversees and ensures smooth delivery of standard recruitment processes as carried out by the team. Monitors the end‑to‑end recruitment process including quality and customer satisfaction. Identifies roadblocks and continuously recommends changes and process improvements that align with business needs.
- Delegates recruitment tasks to team members, and drives for timeline adherence to meet hiring targets.
- Monitors the progress of all open requisitions and ensures timely endorsement/feedback is provided to clients via quality TA reports and updates.
- Responsible for administration of the candidate processes for all open requisitions, including conducting job interviews and placement.
Leadership and People Management
- Drives performance management principles within his or her team by establishing and strengthening the team through group and individual metrics, rewards and recognition and driving the team to excel.
- Monitors the team's overall productivity and performance.
- Performs regular 1:1 sessions and accomplishes performance reviews and appraisals in a timely manner.
- Establishes individual succession plans for the team.
- Provides ample opportunities for growth by making recommendations/facilitating trainings, learning sessions, or seminars.
- Oversees the hiring, onboarding and training of new team members.
- Identifies any recruiting issues related to clients and develops/implements solutions.
- Works closely with Operations to address and mitigate client escalations.
- Drives client satisfaction and plays a proactive role in solidifying client relations.
- Reviews, analyzes and uses the data gathered from client/NPS survey to enhance the process and strengthen client relations.
- Attends client intro calls, calibrations and provides recommendations regarding their hiring requirements.
- Represents the TA team in site leads or client meetings as needed.
Strategy
- Works with the Sourcing Team in developing and implementing sourcing and marketing initiatives to ensure timely delivery of all hiring requirements.
- Ensures timely and proper communication of organization changes and new strategies to the team.
- Communicates team and individual share of hires and TAT targets and crafts specific plans on how the team and each team member can meet the target set.
- Creates ramp plans along with the Sourcing Team for volume and critical requirements.
- Analyzes trends from TA reports to identify challenges and devise strategies to address known and anticipated issues and client escalations.
Process Improvement, Compliance and Reporting
- Monitors the team's overall adherence to the process including but not limited to delivery of targets, end‑to‑end recruiting activities, securing necessary documentation and approvals, pre‑boarding and onboarding process.
- Ensures preparation and participation in all company audits, both internal and external.
- Conducts audits to ensure proper usage and utilization of TA tools such as JobAdder, Vervoe and internal trackers.
- Gathers and reports system technical issues and recommends solutions.
- Identifies process roadblocks and works with the TA team, HR, Operations and external partners to address issues and recommend changes and process improvement as deemed fit.
- Submits reports needed by the clients and business such as reports that track overall progress of each requisition (EOD, BD reports), TA productivity (SOH/TAT) and weekly hiring updates.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for this position.
- Leadership experience of at least 3 years in a similar scope and capacity; preferably holds a TA Officer position for at least 2 years.
- Exposure in People Management, Stakeholder Management, Process Improvement, and Reports and Analytics.
- Vast knowledge in Recruitment Applications and Systems, not limited to Applicant Tracking Systems, Assessment Tools, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be effective in cross‑functional conversations driving influence in decision making and strategy formulation.
- Strong analytical skills driving the performance of the existing recruitment processes, identifying areas of improvement, creating solutions, and spearheading the development of new and improved strategies.
