Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to execute full-cycle recruitment for foreign and local clients. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers while upholding the company’s employer brand and candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple openings with precision in a hybrid setup in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2–4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting for foreign clients or hiring managers
• Experience handling multiple clients and requirements
• Recruited for both technical and non-technical roles for foreign clients
• Excellent English (verbal and written)
• Strong resume profiling and candidate shortlisting skills
• Proficient in interview techniques to assess skills and culture fit
• Strong candidate management from initial contact to onboarding
• Able to manage time across multiple open roles and maintain accuracy in processes
• Detail-oriented with solid understanding of role requirements and client needs
• Experience with executive/leadership hiring is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review job descriptions to determine candidate requirements.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to determine sourcing strategies.
• Create and post job advertisements per standards.
• Conduct in-depth interviews (video or in-person) to screen candidates.
• Format resumes and prepare profile summaries.
• Administer tests for accounts/requirements.
• Explain salary and benefits; facilitate offer negotiations.
• Perform reference/background checks when needed.
• Provide timely updates on application status to candidates.
• Maintain accurate data in reports and platforms used by TA team.
• Uphold employer brand and professional conduct with clients and candidates.
• Ensure recruitment processes follow the TA Playbook and meet targets.
