Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Lead or Supervisor.
• Experience in volume hiring and fast-paced recruitment environments, particularly in BPO or shared services.
• Proven experience leading recruitment teams.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience leading teams in Operations.
• Experience developing recruitment strategies and employer branding campaigns.
• Strong experience in recruitment reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills.
• Full-cycle recruitment expertise.
• Team leadership, coaching, and performance management capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment targets and maintain high performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment progress, team performance, hiring requests, and recruitment KPIs.
• Conduct workforce forecasting and hiring needs analysis to support business requirements.
• Partner closely with Operations, HR, hiring managers, and external vendors to ensure recruitment needs are met.
• Review and improve job descriptions, hiring standards, recruitment processes, and workflows.
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and support employer branding, recruitment marketing, social media, and referral initiatives.
• Analyze recruitment data, identify sourcing gaps and root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders
