Job summary

KMZD GROUP is seeking a recruitment leader in Manila with responsibility for overseeing daily recruitment activities, managing targets, and guiding a team of recruiters in a fast-paced staffing environment.

You will coordinate with clients, develop sourcing strategies, track progress, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. The role demands strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manpower or high-volume settings.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily recruitment activities from sourcing to endorsement.
• Ensure targets, quotas, and client requirements are met on time.
• Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate with clients on vacancies, requirements, schedules, and timelines.
• Track progress, maintain candidate databases, and run KPI reports.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate recruitment staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.
• Build talent pools for recurring needs.
• Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
