Responsibilities

• Develops manpower fulfillment planning and recruitment strategies.
• Leads end-to-end recruitment operations from sourcing to hiring.
• Establishes an employer brand across platforms to attract talent.
• Implements process improvements and conducts enablement sessions.
• Utilizes multiple recruitment channels to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
• Performs initial screening and interviews for managerial roles.
• Tracks recruitment metrics and manages MRF turnaround times.
• Oversees EMS plantilla module and other recruitment systems.
• Prepares regular reports evaluating recruitment effectiveness.
• Evaluates and coaches direct reports against KPIs.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned.
