KMC Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring across gas stations, stores, field operations and corporate roles in the Philippines. You will source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.

The role emphasizes compliance with labor laws, data privacy, and standardized processes, while driving timely recruitment metrics and an engaging employer brand online and at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in retail, operations, or high-volume hiring.
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicable employment law compliance.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR Manager to implement recruiting strategies that meet staffing needs.
• Post and manage job openings across internal and external job boards.
• Source and screen candidates using ATS, job boards, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with labor laws, EEO guidelines, and data privacy standards.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide guidance on compliant hiring practices.
