Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join the Sales Support team in the Philippines. You will craft and adjust quotes, create Salesforce BFO opportunities, and coordinate order processing to keep customers and partners satisfied.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage accounts in Salesforce BFO and Oracle, and maintain clean data in the sales pipeline. This role offers exposure to MDF/rebates and invoicing support within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with Salesforce BFO is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs.
• Effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise quotes using defined tools and processes.
• Create Salesforce BFO opportunities to support the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with Order Management to ensure PO processing and delivery.
• Raise support requests for major projects.
• Participate in weekly and monthly stakeholder meetings.
• Create and manage accounts/contacts in Salesforce BFO and Oracle.
• Maintain and update the Salesforce BFO pipeline with data clean-up.
• Process MDF and rebates, and support SIP activities including invoicing.
