Schneider Electric is seeking a NAM Inside Service Sales professional in Rosario, Cavite for a hybrid role during US business hours. You will prepare quotes, distribute leads, and manage service requests while ensuring data integrity in the bFS system.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, strong English communication, and experience in sales or customer service. Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM and MS Office is a plus, as is knowledge of Schneider Electric products and service contracts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• Willing to work hybrid during US business hours in Rosario, Cavite.
• Excellent English communication & interaction skills.
• Digital savvy with MS Office applications.
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is an advantage.
• Experience in Services and recurring maintenance contracts is a differentiator.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and distribute sales leads and quotes for 1-Phase and 3-Phase opportunities.
• Handle internal/external customer notifications and service requests.
• Manage data quality: identify duplicates and perform cleansing in bFS.
• Create quotes, master agreements, and asset registrations as requested.
• Support NAM Inside Service Sales Manager with administrative tasks.
