Job summary

Schneider Electric in the Philippines seeks an experienced professional to support NAM/PLP with daily call-out lists, contract pricing, and funnel management. You will prepare collateral, distribute leads, and drive customer communications to improve renewal rates and revenue.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales leaders, learning sales tools, and maintaining accurate pipeline data while ensuring timely quoting and order processing. Hybrid setup preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree of any 4‑year course.
• Excellent English communication & interaction skills.
• Be digital savvy and knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Schneider Electric portfolio will help.
• Prior experience in Services and recurring maintenance contracts is a key differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Prepare collateral for NAM/PLP support to drive daily call-out lists.
• Provide contact information (Site and Partner of Record) and back-up contacts.
• Compile contract coverage, past year details and pricing. Include key dates and references.
• Prepare and distribute sales leads; send email notifications to customers.
• Make around 50 calls per month to opportunities to improve renewals and revenue.
• Support funnel management for NAM Teams; keep data accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist revenue-generating teams by handling high-priority tasks impacting pipeline movement, customer experience, and bookings.
• Learn and transition across sales tools and processes to close capacity gaps and maintain continuity.
