ConnectOS is seeking a Workforce Planning & Scheduling professional to develop clinician rosters and manage appointment schedules for on-site healthcare services in the Philippines. You will optimize sequencing, utilization, and travel routes while monitoring capacity and scheduling gaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in workforce scheduling or healthcare operations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Healthcare, aged care, NDIS, or allied health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage clinician rosters and appointment schedules.
• Optimize appointment sequencing, clinician utilization, and travel routes.
• Monitor workforce capacity and address scheduling gaps.
• Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and urgent rescheduling requests.
• Ensure patient records and supporting documentation are complete.
• Verify consents, prescriptions, medical clearances, and required documentation.
• Analyze workforce trends and provide planning insights to leadership.
• Prepare reports and support operational improvement projects.
• Support workforce management initiatives and cross-team projects.
