Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health Global Business Services – Manila is seeking a Manager, Workforce Optimization Scheduling to lead ROC and centralized scheduling, aligning operations with strategic goals.

You will partner with clinical, operational, HR and finance leaders to drive staffing, capacity planning, and performance improvement across domestic and global teams. This role requires RN-related certification and extensive healthcare operations experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, statistics, mathematics, industrial engineering, healthcare administration, management or related field (required).
• 7+ years of relevant experience including leadership in workforce or operational environments.
• Experience in healthcare operations, BPO/GBS or shared services preferred.
• Experience with workforce planning methodologies and labor optimization.
• RN/licensing/certifications are preferred per role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for ROC and centralized scheduling operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and alignment with goals.
• Lead workforce optimization strategies by overseeing staffing allocation, scheduling, capacity planning, and resource management.
• Work with nursing leadership to establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency through process standardization, automation, and workflow enhancements.
• Partner with clinical, operational, HR, finance, and admin leaders to support workforce planning and scheduling strategies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, labor guidelines, audits, documentation, and reporting; support risk management and continuous improvement.
