MicroSourcing in Manila area is seeking a Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator for a hybrid, night‑shift, full‑time role in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will enter and maintain data, coordinate staff schedules, and liaise with partner clinics to support company growth.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate data within internal communication systems and processes.
• Communicate attendance records to partner agencies and submit marked‑up invoices.
• Manage and facilitate staff scheduling, including availability requests and proposing clinic dates aligned with company growth objectives.
• Respond to operational inquiries from clinic staff during clinic hours, including weekends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify and address clinic staffing needs.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on customer needs and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrates timely and accurate execution of tasks with a high level of accountability.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in using collaborative online tools for remote engagement.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat (PDF).
