Bon Secours Mercy Health Global Business Services – Manila is seeking a Centralized Scheduling Coordinator to develop and optimize workforce schedules, ensure timekeeping accuracy, and support staffing operations for designated healthcare departments.

In this role, you will collaborate with department leaders, monitor coverage, and prepare staffing reports, while ensuring compliance with scheduling and payroll policies. A healthcare background and strong analytical skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience using workforce management, staffing or scheduling software.
• Experience supporting workforce scheduling, staffing coordination or timekeeping processes.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, schedule optimization and timecard management.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain employee schedules within workforce management systems.
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop daily, weekly and shift schedules.
• Review scheduling requests including PTO, changes and shifts.
• Balance and publish schedules after self-scheduling periods.
• Assign specialty and unit-specific roles based on needs.
• Monitor vacancies and coordinate incentive shift postings.
• Maintain accurate staffing schedules and open shift requirements.
• Prepare and distribute staffing and workforce reports.
• Review and validate timecards for payroll readiness.
• Participate in staffing meetings and process improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding and training related to scheduling tools.
