Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health Global Business Services – Manila is seeking a Supervisor, Centralized Scheduling to lead the centralized scheduling team. You will ensure accurate schedules, appropriate coverage, and efficient operations within the ROC framework.

The role requires 3+ years in staffing/scheduling and a supervisory track record, with UKG experience preferred. A hybrid work model is offered, with opportunities to mentor teams and partner with department leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with staffing/scheduling software in a 24/7 healthcare setting.
• 3+ years experience in a lead or supervisory role with diverse stakeholders.
• UKG workforce management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates assigned to the centralized scheduling team and supports teamwork.
• Ensures schedules meet coverage standards and optimizes efficiency.
• Leads department schedules in electronic staffing systems for daily coverage.
• Escalates recruitment needs based on projected volumes and maintains pay practices.
