MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines is seeking a Healthcare Support Representative to join our onsite team on day shift. You will guide potential providers through onboarding with empathy, communicating across phone, email, and SMS.

You will manage onboarding steps, collaborate with a supportive team, and ensure CRM records in Salesforce are accurate while delivering high-quality, inclusive service.

Qualifications

• Clear, confident communication across channels with an empathic approach.
• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Previous onboarding or customer support in tech/healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for potential providers across phone, email, and SMS.
• Guide new providers through onboarding, ensuring tools and information are ready.
• Anticipate needs and help providers take the next step clearly and confidently.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve provider situations and share insights.
• Manage shared queues and help the team meet service levels in Salesforce.
• Deliver service that reflects quality, professionalism, and inclusion.
• Capture important interaction details in Salesforce to keep CRM accurate.
• Participate in additional tasks and projects supporting team growth.
