Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Support Provider Specialist in Eastwood, Quezon City to guide potential providers through onboarding. You will communicate via phone, email, and SMS, ensure they have the tools and confidence to start on day one, and work with a collaborative team to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.

You’ll use Salesforce to track interactions, participate in process improvements, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communication across phone, email, and SMS.
• Empathetic approach when helping people onboard.
• Strong multitasking with exceptional attention to detail.
• Solution-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar.
• Previous customer support or onboarding experience is a bonus.
• Familiarity with support provider or gig economy work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for potential providers via phone, email, and SMS.
• Guide new providers through onboarding with tools and information they need.
• Anticipate needs and guide providers to next steps clearly.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve complex provider issues and share insights.
• Manage shared queues and help the team meet service-level goals using Salesforce.
• Deliver service that reflects quality, professionalism and inclusion.
• Capture important details from interactions in the CRM to keep operations smooth.
• Participate in extra tasks and projects to support team growth.
