Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring for Healthcare Customer Support (Inbound Calls) onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City on day shift. You will review provider profiles, verify documents, and guide them through the sign‑up and registration process via outbound calls, email, live chat, and SMS.

You will monitor enquiries trends, hit KPIs, keep accurate Salesforce records, and uphold company values and procedures while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• College-level education is required.
• At least 1–2 years of BPO experience or similar.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Must pass the required assessment and the WriteX test.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and call center tools.
• Attention to detail with analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Review healthcare providers’ profiles and verify documents.
• Assist in sign‑up and registration via outbound calls, email, live chat, and SMS.
• Identify trends in enquiries and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed KPIs while upholding quality standards.
