Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Support Provider Specialist in Eastwood, Quezon City for onsite day shifts. You will guide potential providers through onboarding, communicate across phone, email and SMS, and ensure a positive, informative start to their journey.

You will collaborate with a team to resolve provider questions, manage CRM records, and help the onboarding process run smoothly with empathy and clarity.

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communication across phone, email, and SMS
• Empathetic approach when helping people onboard and start
• Strong multitasking with attention to detail across tasks
• Solution-focused mindset to resolve issues
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or similar
• Experience in customer support or onboarding is a plus
• Knowledge of support provider or gig economy work is helpful

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for potential support providers via phone, email, and SMS
• Guide new providers through onboarding with tools and information
• Anticipate needs and help providers take the next step with clarity
• Collaborate with the team to handle complex provider issues
• Manage shared queues (calls, emails, tasks in Salesforce) to meet SLAs
• Deliver service aligned with company values and inclusion
• Capture key details from interactions in CRM to ensure smooth operations
• Take part in additional projects supporting team growth
