Qualifications

Calm, supportive demeanor when assisting distressed callers.
Proficient with dual-monitor setups and multiple software applications.
At least 2 years of college or SHS graduate with relevant work history.

Responsibilities

Handle voice, email, or chat inquiries regarding insurance eligibility and benefits.
Troubleshoot billing discrepancies and claim denials using multiple database systems.
Document all interactions accurately within CRM tools to ensure first-call resolution.
Assist with appointment scheduling and locating in-network medical providers.
Adhere to HIPAA and Quality Assurance protocols to protect sensitive patient data.
