MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines is seeking a Healthcare Support Representative to join our onsite team on day shift. You will guide potential providers through onboarding with empathy, communicating across phone, email, and SMS.

You will manage onboarding steps, collaborate with a supportive team, and ensure CRM records in Salesforce are accurate while delivering high-quality, inclusive service.

Qualifications

• Clear, confident communication across channels with an empathic approach.

• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Previous onboarding or customer support in tech/healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for potential providers across phone, email, and SMS.

• Anticipate needs and help providers take the next step clearly and confidently.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve provider situations and share insights.
• Manage shared queues and help the team meet service levels in Salesforce.
• Deliver service that reflects quality, professionalism, and inclusion.
• Capture important interaction details in Salesforce to keep CRM accurate.
• Participate in additional tasks and projects supporting team growth.

You’ll communicate across phone, email, and SMS — not just answering questions, but proactively leading people through the onboarding experience with empathy, clarity, and care. Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for potential support providers, engaging with them across phone, email, and SMS to offer a warm and welcoming experience.
• Guide new providers through their onboarding journey, ensuring they have the tools, information, and confidence needed to get started successfully.
• Anticipate needs and think ahead — not just answering questions, but helping providers take the next step with clarity and ease.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to solve more complex or unique provider situations, sharing insights and solutions along the way.
• Contribute to a smooth and efficient operation by managing shared queues (calls, emails, and tasks in Salesforce) and helping the team meet service‑level goals.
• Deliver exceptional service that reflects our values and commitment to quality, professionalism, and inclusion.
• Accurately capture important details from each interaction in our CRM (Salesforce) to keep everything running smoothly.
• Take part in additional tasks and projects that support our mission and help the team grow together.

Skills & Experience

• Clear and confident communication skills across phone, email, and SMS, with the ability to adapt your tone to suit each interaction.
• A proactive and empathetic approach when working with people — you listen, understand, and genuinely want to help.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail while managing a variety of tasks throughout the day.
• A solution‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving skills — you don't just identify issues, you help resolve them.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms such as Salesforce (or similar tools) to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Previous experience in customer support or onboarding is a bonus, particularly within a tech or healthcare platform.
• Familiarity with support provider or gig economy work is advantageous, but not essential.
