Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Healthcare to handle onsite night-shift duties at Eastwood, Quezon City. You will manage virtual reception, answer calls, messages, and emails, and assist with new client intake and document workflows in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include inputting data into EHR systems, preparing SOPs from video content, organizing the SOP library, and performing quality checks on documents.

Responsibilities

• Virtual Reception
• Answer incoming calls, SMS, and email messages.
• Respond to voicemails in a timely manner.
• New Client Intake
• Contact clients or referral sources who have expressed interest in services.
• Process new client service request documents.
• Input data into tracking systems and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text.
• SOP Creation and Management
• Create SOPs based on video recordings.
• Properly name and file SOPs in the SOP library.
• Maintain and organize the SOP library.
• Document and Task Management
• Download, upload, name, and format service documents. Track document due dates and required fields using the Document Tracking System (DTS).
• Maintain and regularly update the DTS.
• Send document completion requests to staff.
• Perform quality checks on documents for completion and sign-off.
• Quality Assurance
• Review and approve client service documents, including:
• Intake and reassessment packages
• Service/treatment plan reviews
• Authorization requests
• Progress notes
