David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a growing outsourcing firm to onboard a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale recruitment operations in Manila. The role focuses on high-volume BPO recruitment across customer service, technical support and specialist operations, with responsibility for TA strategy, team leadership, workforce planning and delivery against hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent English written and spoken is required.
• Proven TA leadership experience in the Philippines.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple programs.
• Experience leading recruiters, sourcing teams or TA managers.
• Strong understanding of the Manila talent market and local dynamics.
• Experience supporting rapid growth with multiple hiring priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team in Manila.
• Build scalable recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring.
• Deliver against hiring targets and client ramp-up requirements.
• Oversee sourcing, recruitment marketing, referrals and talent pipeline strategies.
• Monitor and improve time-to-fill, quality of hire and candidate conversion.
• Partner with Operations, HR and senior leadership.
• Lead workforce planning for new programmes and expansions.
• Use recruitment data to support hiring decisions.
• Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
