Job summary

Staff Domain Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment delivery for our US and AU clients from Ortigas, Pasig City. This senior role focuses on speed, quality, and commercial alignment, building a high-performing TA function.

You will manage three Recruitment Team Leads and one Talent Sourcing Lead, drive capacity planning, and ensure governance while partnering with Sales and Client Success. Strong leadership and offshore experience are essentials.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruitment experience with strong leadership background.
• Experience leading multiple recruitment teams or managers.
• offshore staffing or US/Australian client experience is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in capacity planning, pipeline governance, and data-driven delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Recruitment Delivery across multiple teams and ensure timely, high-quality hires.
• Partner with Sales to align role calibrations, briefs, and client expectations.
• Own senior internal hiring and succession planning for leadership roles.
• Develop leaders within the function and drive capability-building initiatives.
• Manage complex escalations and maintain governance over processes and compliance.
• Provide weekly reporting on fills, pipeline coverage, and delivery risks.
