Qualifications

• Fluent English written and spoken is required.
• Proven TA leadership experience in the Philippines.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple programs.
• Experience leading recruiters, sourcing teams or TA managers.
• Strong understanding of the Manila talent market and local dynamics.
• Experience supporting rapid growth with multiple hiring priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team in Manila.
• Build scalable recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring.
• Deliver against hiring targets and client ramp-up requirements.
• Oversee sourcing, recruitment marketing, referrals and talent pipeline strategies.
• Monitor and improve time-to-fill, quality of hire and candidate conversion.
• Partner with Operations, HR and senior leadership.
• Lead workforce planning for new programmes and expansions.
• Use recruitment data to support hiring decisions.
• Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team in Manila
• Build scalable recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring
• Deliver against hiring targets and client ramp-up requirements
• Oversee sourcing, recruitment marketing, referrals and talent pipeline strategies
• Monitor and improve time-to-fill, quality of hire and candidate conversion
• Partner closely with Operations, HR and senior leadership
• Lead workforce planning for new programmes, expansions and hiring waves
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to support hiring decisions
• Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience
• Manage multiple client requirements and recruitment priorities simultaneously

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong Talent Acquisition leadership experience in the Philippines
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment
• Experience leading recruiters, sourcing teams and/or TA managers
• Strong understanding of the Manila talent market
• Experience supporting rapid growth and multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
• Commercial, hands-on and delivery-focused approach
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
