Probe Group Philippines Inc. is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Director to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions in a high-volume BPO environment.

You will define scalable hiring strategies, drive performance, and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower while balancing quality and cost efficiency. You will partner with Operations, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders to support growth, client commitments, and workforce plans, while optimizing processes and enhancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Talent Acquisition in a high-volume BPO.
• Experience with ATS, recruitment technologies, and AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and client requirements.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for volume hiring and leadership roles.
• Translate workforce forecasts into actionable hiring plans across sites and functions.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment performance with SLAs for time-to-fill and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement and leverage AI to enhance speed and candidate experience.
• Guide and develop the Talent Acquisition team and build a high-performing organization.
