Job summary

HRTx Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead large-scale, high-volume recruitment, guiding strategy and building a high-performing TA team to support aggressive growth.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage vendor relationships (RPOs and agencies), drive process optimization, and implement analytics-driven hiring, with responsibility for ramping up to 1,000 FTEs across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years in Talent Acquisition, with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in high-volume recruitment ramps (500–1,000+ hires).
• Experience leading large TA teams in scaling environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead TA strategy and workforce planning for large-scale hiring ramps.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring up to 1,000 FTEs.
• Build and mentor a high-performing TA team; drive performance.
• Engage senior stakeholders and manage vendor partnerships.
• Standardize processes and strengthen employer branding.
