Job summary

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Manila leads end-to-end hiring for call center leadership and high-volume operations across multiple markets. You will design scalable recruitment strategies, own pipelines, and advise leaders to ensure fast, high-quality hires aligned with our growth goals.

You will partner with Talent teams globally, own data-driven decisions, and adapt to rapid market shifts while maintaining a candidate-centric approach in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end recruiting across multiple business functions.
• Experience with RPO and in-house TA setups.
• Ability to shape hiring plans and influence stakeholders.
• Proficient in diagnosing issues across the recruitment funnel.
• Capable of managing multiple hiring processes and priorities.
• Proactive sourcing and engaging talent pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver recruitment strategies aligned with evolving business needs.
• Own end-to-end hiring for key roles ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Advise stakeholders on recruitment best practices and outcomes.
• Utilize sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Seek, ATS, referrals) to build pipelines.
• Track and analyze hiring data to improve effectiveness.
• Share recruitment insights with hiring managers for data-driven decisions.
