Marvel InfoComm Pvt Ltd is seeking a Head of Operations to align the founder's strategic vision with scalable processes and accountable structures. The role oversees data operations, technology delivery, content initiatives, HR processes, and customer support standards across multiple verticals.

You will lead five functional leads, drive performance, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistent service delivery and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in general management or operations leadership.
• Ability to translate founder vision into structured operating plans.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the translation of founder-level vision into structured, executable operating plans across NationalTenders.com, DATEK, and Talk On Tenders.
• Directly manage, mentor, and hold accountable the five functional leads (Support, IT, Content, HR, Sales), building a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Own KPI systems, workflow design, and continuous improvement across all functions; proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Own budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation decisions across the functions under this role's authority.
• Ensure Sales, Technology, Support, and Content work in sync to maintain service standards and delivery commitments.
• Act as the founder's primary operational thought-partner — translating ambition into a scalable structure with data-informed decisions.
